Originally from the beautiful Appalachian Mountains of Virginia, Kristi Wirz moved to California over 20 years ago and fell in love with Los Angeles. It was a love of the culture, the people, the beauty, the weather, and that West Coast spirit of adventure that drew her in.

Kristi bought her first home, a 1920’s Spanish bungalow in Pasadena, in 2007 and became fascinated with the business of real estate and the uniqueness of Southern California’s design and architecture.

Prior to joining Keller Williams, Kristi had a successful career as an actress and a professional ballroom dancer and brings a love for art and creativity into her profession.

Kristi has lived in West Los Angeles for 10 years with her wonderful UCLA professor husband, their 10-year-old daughter, seven-year-old son, and two very naughty cats.

She enjoys dancing, singing, yoga, hiking, and has recently added surfing and skateboarding to her “I’m probably too old for this” list of hobbies. Fun Fact: Kristi once won the Showcase Showdown on the Price is Right!
